In 1961, Barbie® was
introduced to a true doll – Ken®! This dreamboat was
incredibly cute and always up for a date at the beach with
the quintessential California girl. Now Barbie® Collector
commemorates a very special milestone with 45th Anniversary
Ken® doll, a reproduction doll and fashion. Dressed in red
swimming trunks, this Ken® doll comes with a reproduction
ensemble which includes yellow terry cloth towel, red
sandals, and a wrist tag. The doll is housed in a
re-creation of the 1961 packaging, including reproductions
of the original art and a Barbie® and Ken® booklet. Doll
cannot stand alone.
